Freelancers engaged with Vision to Images acknowledge that they are rendering a service to the company. They agree that all video and audio content created is the property of Vision to Images and/or the client. As such, freelancers commit not to share any video, audio, images, or ideas on their personal networks, including social media, websites, family, friends, or competitors. With permission, freelancers may use a portion of the video and/or audio to compile a reel only after the client has released it on their platform(s) for a minimum of two months. The extent of this consent may vary per project and is contingent upon the client’s approval. In the event that freelancers have questions or concerns regarding the services they are providing, or matters such as payment, they agree to communicate with the manager, producer, or owner of Vision to Images and not directly with the client or external parties.
